With its characteristic 70's style, imposing by its scale, its mass, and the symbolism it conveys, this building expressing a form of immutable bureaucracy, constitutes a striking presence in its strongly mineral district.

Nevertheless, its curvature (concave and convex), constitutes a quality that can be magnified in the context of a transformation of the building into a hotel residence.

Our vertical diaphanous curtain, a translucent film with a vegetal aspect, attenuates the asperities of the building and its apparent heaviness. In tangential perception, this curtain softens the curves to magnify them. Vertical extension of the existing garden, playing with the light, the curtain has the advantage of bringing a current poetic, compatible with the function of housing, welcoming and providing well-being.
